Consent to Telephone Questioning
Version 1.0, effective from 2026-08-23
This is a translation. The Czech version prevails in the event of any discrepancy.
This text is the wording of the consent you give by confirming the code from the message. It is short by design: a consent its addressee does not understand is not a valid consent under Article 7(2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679.
1. The message delivered to you
The verbatim wording of the message carrying the code. It belongs to this version of the consent and changes only together with it:
2. The code read out by a call
A message cannot be delivered to a landline, and so the code is read out by an automated voice. The wording is longer, because a text read aloud cannot be read again:
That call is not recorded and nobody listens to it; it reads out the text above and ends.
3. Who will call you, and for what purpose
3.1You will be called by an automated voice assistant, not by a person. It says so in the first sentence of every call. It asks the questions prepared for you by whoever entered you into the service and records your answers.
3.2The service is operated by Netlion s.r.o., Company No. 05999235, with its registered office at Vladislavova 85, Vysoké Mýto-Město, 566 01 Vysoké Mýto, Czech Republic.
4. What you consent to
4.1By confirming the code you consent:
a)to the service calling you on this telephone number;
b)to a recording and transcript of the call being made, and to your answers being extracted from them;
c)to your answers being seen by whoever entered you into the service.
4.2Where you answer questions concerning your health, you thereby also consent to the processing of health data under Article 9(2)(a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679. Without this consent the service will not call you.
5. Retention
The recording and transcript are retained for 12 months from the call and are then deleted. What remains with a recorded answer is only the sentence it came from.
6. Withdrawal of consent
6.1You may withdraw your consent at any time: during a call, by replying to the message that carried the code, or at info@querybeam.eu.
Reply to that message with STOP, NECHCI or ODHLÁSIT and the calling stops at once; a confirmation of the withdrawal reaches you. Ours reads:
To STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE and CANCEL the telephone operator itself replies with its own confirmation and blocks any further messages to your number; it says the same thing.
Write anything else and a person reads it — the automation does not guess at a withdrawal.
6.2On withdrawal the calling stops and data resting solely on this consent is deleted. Withdrawal has no consequences for you and you need not give a reason.
6.3You also have the right of access to your data, to its rectification and erasure, and the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in the state where you live. Details are in the Personal Data Processing Policy.
7. What the service is not for
The service is not intended for urgent situations. A call is scheduled in advance, may not be completed and nobody monitors it in real time. Should your health deteriorate, contact your doctor or the emergency number.
